Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Connect the power cord to the sieving system.

2. Set up gas supply: Connect gas holes to the inlet, set pressure to 1-6 bars, and adjust the flow to 3.5 L/min.

3. Wait 5 minutes for the machine to fill up.

4. Position two bottles: One for filtered powder and one for larger particles. Ensure both ball valves are open during sieving.

5. Start the sieving process by activating the sieving generator.

6. Monitor the process until the bottle is empty, then remove it. Mark bottles for identification.

7. Clean system: If changing powder, clean the entire sieving system thoroughly.

Safety: Always wear rubber gloves and a breathing apparatus. Use an ESD proof vacuum cleaner for cleaning.

By following these steps, you ensure safe and efficient sieving, maintaining consistent powder quality and optimal system performance.
