More InformationSteps to Use the Heating Oven
1. Prepare the Parts:
- Place the printed parts in a protective gas box with a constant flow of inert gas (argon) to prevent oxidation. Secure the lid tightly.
2. Place the Gas Box in the Oven:
- Wear heat-protective gloves. Open the oven, place the gas box inside, and close the oven securely.
3. Activate the Oven:
- Turn on the power and wait for the user interface (UI) to load.
4. Program the Heat Treatment:
- Input the stress-relief parameters from the powder distributor’s data sheet (e.g., Cobalt Chromium from Scheftner) into the oven’s UI.
5. Set Up the Argon Flow:
- Connect the gas box to an argon bottle and adjust the flow to 2–3 L per minute.
6. Start the Program:
- Load the heat treatment program, confirm settings, and press start. The program will run automatically.
Following these steps ensures effective stress relief for dental parts.
