Steps for Powder Change

1. Remove Non-Reactive Powder:

  • Turn off the machine. Empty the reservoir, clear the build platform, and drain the overflow. Move the pistons up/down and use a vacuum to remove remaining powder.

2. Pipe Cleaning:

3. Clean the Chamber:

  • Wipe down the chamber with a rag and cleaning alcohol.

4. Change Filters:
Replace the exhaust, pre-, and main filters:

  • Open the door, release clasps, unscrew screws, remove grounding cables.
  • Pull out and replace filters.

5. Reassemble the Machine:

  • Ensure the main filter’s rubber side faces the machine. Reattach screws and close the door.

Following these steps ensures your 2Create printer is safely prepared for reactive materials, reducing contamination risk and supporting consistent, high-quality prints.
