The 2onelab workflow streamlines the production of customized full-arch restorations from digital design to finished part.

1. Data Preparation

Import the STL data into the 2onelab CAM software and position the full-arch framework on the build platform.

2. Print Preparation

Define the print parameters for titanium or CoCr, including scan strategy and layer thickness. The required parameters can be easily accessed via 2Connect.

3. Metal 3D Printing

The customized full-arch framework is manufactured layer by layer using a 2Create metal 3D printer.

4. Post-Processing

Heat treatment, support removal, and polishing of the full-arch framework – manually, with a tumbler, or via an electropolishing process.

5. Quality Assurance

Ensure the full-arch framework meets the required dimensional, surface, and material specifications.
