2CREATE by 2OneLab®

Your Metal 3D Printer for dental parts, prototypes and applications.
The 2CREATE is an accessible way to manufacture complex metal parts with complex geometries from a variety of alloys.

Robust

No matter how many parts you need to print throughout the day, the 2CREATE 3D printer can keep up with you!

Compact

If space is an issue in your practice, the 2CREATE is the perfect option. It’s smaller compared to other market printers while still providing better printing capabilities.

Fast

With a 250 W cw fiber laser and powder bed fusion technology, the 2CREATE 3D printer can process demanding alloys at high printing speeds while maintaining quality and durability.

Short production time

You can create the higher-quality products in a shorter amount of time when compared to other printers. That frees up your time to focus on serving more patients or building your business in other ways.

Reduced Development cost

With an open concept, you’re free to use any powders you want with the 2CREATE. This flexibility along with the printer’s increased energy efficiency drastically reduces development costs, putting more money in your pockets.

The Industry-leading metal 3D printer

2CREATE is an industry-leading metal 3D printer designed specifically for small and medium-sized parts. Whether you need to make implants, industrial parts or just for the flexibility of research and development, the 2CREATE can handle the job in a cost-effective, efficient, and high-quality way. With an open concept design, this metal 3D printer is compatible with powders from other manufacturers giving you the freedom to make a wide variety of parts without having to spend extra money.

2Build CAM Solution

The CAM software 2Build is the newest and most innovated tool for print data preparation, and the solution to all your 3D printing needs. The strategy editor allows you to choose the right strategy for your powder from a large library of process parameters.

It’s Fast!

2CREATE’s Metal 3D printer is significantly faster than its competing products, which is what makes it so attractive to its users. Its print files are in a transparent Gcode format, making printing 3D simple and straightforward. The coater rotates in only one direction, keeping dead wasted time to a minimum. While rotating, the coater picks up new powder while the laser process is still active, this is another way the metal 3D printer saves its users time and money. Once the process is completed, the build platform can immediately be coated with new powder so users can begin their next task.

Parameter Development Feature

The CAM software 2Build has been designed to support the user in the development of process parameters for new powder types. The tool accomplishes this by supporting the process from start to finish, automatically generating test patterns, and defining the test parameters for the patterns. The analysis of the results is carried out automatically based on micrographs. In the end, the software calculates the perfect parameter sets for the powder under investigation.

Metal 3D printer in Dentistry

One of the most significant benefits of metal 3d printing is the ability to produce parts with reduced weight, increased functionality and simplified assemblies. This technology also enables the production of complex geometries that would be difficult or impossible to create using traditional methods

Metal 3D printers are revolutionizing the way metal parts are designed and produced. With the ability to print metal parts with reduced weight, increased functionality and simplified assemblies, metal 3D printers are becoming the preferred choice for metal part production.

Metal 3D Printing in Orthodontic industry

Metal 3D printers have the best chances in the orthodontic industry by providing a faster and more accurate way to create custom dental appliances.

In the past, dental appliances were created using manual methods that were time-consuming and often resulted in inaccurate fittings. Metal 3D Printers use state-of-the-art technology to create appliance models that are far more precise than those created with traditional methods. This not only saves time, but it also results in a better fit for the patient
