Learn in our recap about the successful installation of our 3D Metal Printer, 2Create, at Creacam in 2024 and how this collaboration unfolded until today.
In 2024, we had the pleasure of installing our 2Create at Creacam, an innovative German dental lab with more than ten years of experience. Known for always staying ahead of industry trends, they have built a reputation for using cutting-edge dental technology and delivering exceptional services.

With the 2Create, they are now printing RPDs, crowns, and bridges, pushing boundaries of digital dental manufacturing. It is truly an honor for us at 2onelab to collaborate with such a forward-thinking partner.
As Creacam’s team shared:
"We have been milling for 10 years and always try to keep up to date with technical changes and constantly expand our range."
Achievements
The 2Create has proven to be a game-changer. Creacam has experienced the metal 3D printer’s impressive efficiency, running two shifts a day. It has enabled them to produce parts that were previously impossible with traditional milling methods.
Complex geometries and detailed designs are now achievable, while also realizing a streamlined workflow, eco-friendly manufacturing and cost reduction. Furthermore, optimized processes enable Creacam to deliver within 24 hours, ensuring rapid response times.

As of today, Creacam has significantly transformed and improved its production workflow by integrating the 2Create 3D metal printer within 2onelab’s complete 3D printing ecosystem, including 2Build (CAM software), 2Connect (web-based monitoring app), 2Sieve (ultrasonic sieving system), 2Clean (cleaning system), Glow Cube HTS-2/Metal Glow-120+ (furnace), and DLyte D1 (polishing machine).
Advantages at a Glance:
With 2Create, Creacam has revolutionized efficiency in dental production, delivering:
- Streamlined workflows: Faster, more seamless, and highly scalable production.
- Faster delivery: Creacam delivers within 24 hours thanks to optimized processes.
- Substantial cost reduction: Lower labor and material expenses while increasing output.
- Eco-friendly manufacturing: Reduced energy consumption and material waste.
Excited for the Future of our Collaboration
In 2024, we saw this installation as just the beginning of an exciting journey—one that is still unfolding. Together, we continue to strive to push the boundaries of dental technology, reach new milestones, and set even higher standards.
