5 Steps to prepare your 2Create
1. Wear safety equipment:
- Put on your mask and gloves before handling any materials.
2. Fill the powder reservoir:
- Carefully add the metal powder needed for your print job.
3. Install the build platform:
- Place the build platform inside the machine, insert the clamping pin, and tighten it securely.
4. Apply the first powder layer:
- Raise the powder reservoir and spread the initial coating layer evenly.
5. Seal and prepare the printing environment:
- Close the printer door, fill the chamber with inert argon gas (especially important for titanium printing), load your print’s G-code, and start the printing process.
